What costs are covered?
Privately insured:
If you are a private patient, your private health insurance will cover the treatment costs as usual according to GOÄ (Gebührenordnung für Ärzte). The billing is done with you and you submit the invoice to your insurance company.
Legally insured or self-pay patients:
If you have statutory health insurance, the treatment can unfortunately not be billed through your health insurance, as we are an exclusively private practice. You are therefore considered a self-payer and our billing according to GOÄ (Gebührenordnung für Ärzte) is also done directly with you.

Breast cancer is the most common type of carcinoma. One in eight women will develop it in the course of her life, with serious implications for her if it is discovered. Early detection is extremely important in order to be able to treat the disease quickly, but it also comes too late, because the breast cancer is already there when the gynecologist diagnoses it. Valuable time passes and only the damage can be limited. Prevention is therefore all the more important to prevent breast cancer from developing in the first place and to keep you healthy. To this end, Dr. Kunert diagnoses and treats gently at an early stage here in the practice in Potsdam by minimizing the risk factors for the development of breast cancer.

It is my pleasure to welcome you to my gynecological practice in Potsdam.

A hormonal imbalance or an undetected inflammation, for example, can lead to a serious chronic disease a few years later.
